"Our 2009 Holiday Party is kicking off tomorrow, December 22nd! Get ready to have tons of holiday fun because we have a lot of activities for you to enjoy! However, we were so excited about the new Gingerbread House game that we decided to release it today!

The NEW Gingerbread House group game is now up in the Forest! Compete against fellow Fantagians for free Stars! All you have to do is jump, wave, wink, or cry with others after the countdown (don’t worry, the instructions will tell you which action to do). Then, watch in awe as the pot fills up with free Stars! When the Stars appear, click on them as fast as you can!

"Our 2009 Holiday Party will be non-stop merriment from Dec. 22nd through the 27th! We have loads of fun activities, games, and events in store! Not only will you receive FREE gifts each day of the party, but we also have a HUGE surprise! We just heard that a special someone (as well as a few of his holiday co-horts) will be available for picture-taking over at his Cottage on Mt. Fantage! Each day of the party, visit his Cottage to take pictures, play games, and receive prizes!

Hello everyone! We want to let you know that we’ve updated our Invite a Friend medal to fit the winter season! To receive this festive snowflake medal, click on the “Invite a Friend” icon after you login to Fantage. You can find this link next to the “My Home” button. If you invite TWO of your friends to join Fantage and they play in the world for one hour, you will receive this medal! As an added bonus, you’ll have even more friends to chat with on Fantage!

We’ve also finished crafting the last two levels of the new Press Room Medal! Now you’ll be able to become a Press Room Superstar or a Press Room Legend! You can earn these medals by being a Premium Member reporter who submits a high number of reports. The more reports you submit, the higher your level will become!

Attention Reporters! Photo albums are now released!Reporters will now be able to take photos and store them in albums! With this new feature, you can capture all of your fun Fantage memories and showcase them for all of your friends to see. You’ll even be able to leave comments on your friends’ photos as well! To add photos to your album, click the “Reporter” icon on  the top left of your screen. Then, choose “Add to Album” after taking a snapshot. Afterward, go to your room to view your album. It’s that simple!

Also Friday, check out the new edition of the Comet! Make sure you read this one because it will feature a larger reporting section that will highlight the 8 best photos from our reporters! Also, do you think you wrote the best Fantage Holiday Story? Well, if you did, make sure to read this issue because it will announce the winners of the Writer’s Den! "It’s starting to get a little bit colder around Fantage lately—which means winter is just around the corner! This Friday, watch as Fantage turns into a snowy winter wonderland of fun! This new background is splashed with Holiday decorations and cheerful ornaments. But, make sure you remember to bundle up. You should head over to Le Shop to buy some of the winter items that were released not too long ago to make sure your inventory is stocked with coats, scarves, and hats!

New Reporter Medals!

Attention all Comet & Co. Reporters! We have TWO new medals to tell you about. First, we wanted to do something special for our reporters who go above and beyond the call of duty and stick to the themes! From now on, any reporter whose work is featured in the Comet will receive this Editor’s Choice Medal to show off on their IDPhone!

This medal is one of the highest honors a reporter can acheive—so be sure to try your best to win! Each week, we will feature 8 reports in the Comet that we think showcase the most talent and originaity. If you think you have what it takes, then start reporting to earn this one-of-a-kind medal.

We are also introducing the brand new Press Room Medal for all of our premium member reporters! This medal will level up with the number of reports your complete. To reach the first level, submit at least 15 reports. Then keep on reporting…who knows, you might just be the next Press Room Legend!

Greetings! It’s almost Turkey Day and our Thanksgiving Festival is kicking off tomorrow, Wednesday the 25th, and will last until Sunday! Let’s check out the activities. On Monday, you will receive a FREE Thanksgiving outfit as a holiday gift. A rare Thanksgiving sticker will be on sale at the IDFone Shop this week ONLY! Also, check out the NEW Cornucopia group game located in Uptown—play as a team to earn FREE Stars!
