"Our 2009 Holiday Party will be non-stop merriment from Dec. 22nd through the 27th! We have loads of fun activities, games, and events in store! Not only will you receive FREE gifts each day of the party, but we also have a HUGE surprise! We just heard that a special someone (as well as a few of his holiday co-horts) will be available for picture-taking over at his Cottage on Mt. Fantage! Each day of the party, visit his Cottage to take pictures, play games, and receive prizes!

On a side note…what would a Gingerbread House be doing over at the Forest?! Can you guess what it might be for?

And don’t forget—log in each day of the party and receive an AWESOME Holiday Party medal!"

"Hello Everyone! Our spectacular 2009 Holiday Party is almost here! The party will be held from the 22nd through the 27th of December. However, this year we have an extra special surprise that has never been done until now…a certain visitor from a far away land is coming to Fantage…and he will be in our world ONLY during this super special holiday extravaganza! We also heard from a secret source that this visitor has big surprises for everyone on Fantage. Who is this person? And what are they doing here?

Here is a hint….he lives in a small cabin perched atop Mt. Fantage…

Can you guess who the visitor might be? Leave your guesses in the comments section!"

"We hope you enjoyed our Thanksgiving Festival and had a happy Turkey Day! We have an announcement for our Comet & Co. Reporters—head over to the reporting headquarters on Mt. Fantage to receieve your brand new assignments! 

Here are the NEW themes: 

 1) Find groups of people dressed as Ninjas

2) Decorate your home for a disco party

3) Dress up in blue with all of your friends

4) Spot a group of people soaring on vacuum boards

We need you to report what is going on around town, so check out the new themes and start reporting now! In more news: soon we are releasing reporting photo albums! With these albums, you will be able to select your best photos and place them in your album to share with all your friends!

"Attention future reporters! Comet & Co. is now open for business—and it’s in need of reporters! Go to Mt. Fantage today to take the Reporter Quiz to see if you have what it takes to really get the scoop! After you pass the quiz, you will be an official reporter for the Comet and Co. newsroom. However, they haven’t gotten all of their equipment in quite yet, so the cameras will not be ready for pick-up until Monday. On Monday, reporters should go to the Comet and Co. headquarters to receive their cameras! After you check out this month’s themes, start reporting to earn those Stars! To report, just take a snapshot of the event you wish to cover, then write a short description of the action.
